Staying Busy During the... We'll, you Know!

We’ve been enjoying something we don’t always get around here… a little “quiet” time. 👀😂

And before anyone says it—we know better than to actually say the Q-word out loud! We’re not superstitious… but we’re also not trying to test our luck! 😂🔥

With the lack of fire calls lately, we’ve been putting that time to good use and staying busy getting our new bay up and ready for the new truck! 💪🚒

We’re also excited to be getting our logo put on the new truck, giving it that final Red Lick touch! ❤️ It’s pretty awesome watching everything come together and seeing the hard work of our department and community take shape.

And one of the BEST things about this quiet stretch? We’ve welcomed a few new members to the Red Lick family! It’s amazing to see new faces stepping up and wanting to be a part of our department and our community. We couldn’t be more excited to have them with us!

As much as we’re always ready to answer the call, we sure do appreciate these quiet stretches. No sirens, no late-night calls, no rushing out the door… just some much-needed time to work on the things that keep our department moving forward and, most importantly, grow our fire family.

We’ll gladly take the quiet while it lasts! 😉🚒
