New members of Red Lick VFD have to pass a driving course before they are allowed to drive equipment to a fire. This takes time and fuel to do.

Red Lick Volunteer Fire Department does not have a tax district. We rely on grants, fundraisers, and donations to pay for fuel, equipment, and training. In the spring and fall you can see members cleaning the roadsides in the district to raise money.

RLVFD is a 501 (c)(3) charitable corporation. We would be happy to provide a letter documenting your donation. Please contact us to donate directly. Or mail your donation to:

Additional ways to donate

  • Please sign up for the Kroger Community Rewards program. It does not cost you anything and provides vital funding we need. This program provides about $280 a year for the fire department.

PayPal allows credit card and crypto currency donations. Donations can be made monthly or one time.
