August Spotlight

Stepping into this month's spotlight is John Crane, who sadly passed away on August 3, 2023.

John joined Red Lick Volunteer Fire Department in 2000/2001 and was a dynamic part of it, typically being the first one you would meet when you walked in the door. Over the years, he received multiple awards for his dedication to the Department, including 20 years of service.

When he wasn't at the firehouse, you could find him out and about around town or spending time at Owsley Forks Lake indulging in some fishing. His dedication to helping his family and friends whenever they needed was unwavering.

John - you will forever be in our heart and we hope that you are finding all the fishing spots in Heaven. Until we see you again, we'll take it from here brother.
